Mr Mohamed Abrag is a holder of a Master Degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Political, Social & Legal Sciences of Tunis With over 20 years of experience, Mr Abrag has an extensive legal expertise in all branches of business law, including commercial litigation, competition law, international business law, joint-international venture. His significant expertise in international law has enabled him to advise foreign companies and multinationals on civil and administrative procedures and to participate in international mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as in the settlement of multi-jurisdictional disputes. Mr Abrag is also a confirmed arbitrator. He has been providing his expertise in dispute prevention and management since 2014. He is involved in mediation processes in various sectors such as energy, natural resources, consumer goods, retail, infrastructure, construction and transport. Mr Abrag also intervenes in administrative law, tax law and IT law and advises on social conflicts and financial services.
