With over 25 years of legal experience, Mr EL AJERI has led EAL to becoming one of the leading law firms in Tunisia. A graduate of the French capital Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences – Sorbonne Paris Nord University, Mr El Ajeri specializes in all areas ofbusiness law and civil law. His practice also includes commercial and banking law.
Mr El Ajeri is particularly involved in mergers and acquisitions and regularly deals with disputes relating to general business litigation and arbitration litigation. He is also an expert in the financing of real estate assets, in corporate financing as well as in the legal structuring of acquisitions. Mr El Ajeri supports private and public companies, at the national and international level, in their search for effective and innovative solutions to their legal, regulatory and structural problems. In addition to being a confirmed arbitrator and mediator, Mr El  Ajeri has also been part of a negotiation training program at Harvard Law School. He has a great passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which he practiced for more than 15 years in various sectors such as energy, natural resources, infrastructure, consumer goods and retail. Mr El Ajeri regularly speaks at international conferences on business law, mediation and arbitration.
