Oumaima Ben Jrad is a Trainee lawyer in EL Ajeri lawyers – EAL since 2019.  Graduated with a law degree in Private Law and a Master degree in Private Law from the University of Political, Social and Juridical Sciences of Tunis, she deals with files relating to the different branches of Private Law.

Despite of her short experience, Oumaima Ben Jrad has handled an array of litigation and legal matters representing the interests of corporate and individual clients on complex issues, transactions agreements and lawsuits. She gained the trust of her clients by defining case issues and facts then determined what type of legal procedures would be needed. She proves the ability to present legal arguments clearly, concisely and logically in written and oral form.
