Mrs Amel Mrabet holds a D.E.A. in International Economy and development Law and a D.E.S.S. in International Business from the University of Malakoff in Paris. She specializes in all areas of business law.
Mrs Mrabet works on capital operations, equity investments and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment projects and partnerships (PE). She represents Tunisian and foreign investors working in different sectors of activities such as technology, life sciences, consumer goods and retail business.
Mrs Mrabet has a solid experience in labor law and advises her clients on restructuring, employee representation issues as well as collective or individual dismissals. She supports companies in contract termination negotiations and assists them in the management of their daily social relations. She also advises on Intellectual Property.
Mrs Mrabet regularly participates in international seminars on business law, taxation and employment. She contributes to the World Bank’s annual “Doing Business” report on
company and labor law.
