Mrs Athar Magouri holds a Master Degree in Criminal Law from Panthéon Assas-Paris II University. She has also been part of a training program in legal drafting techniques at Harvard Law School. In 2018, she received the Prize of the President of the Republic of Tunisia, as Major of promotion of the Higher Institute of the Profession of Lawyer. Beyond her expertise in criminal law, Mrs Magouri advises on Crowdfunding and is proficient in ICT Law (Blockchain, IoT, Smart Contracts…), Sports Law, Intellectual Property, Business Law, Commercial disputes, Legal audit. Trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution Modes, Mrs Magouri is an arbitrator and inter-company mediator.
