Mr Mourad Mabrouk holds a Master Degree in Community Law of the European Union (Maghreb Europe Relations), from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Tunis. With over 20 years of experience in legal management of companies and multi-sector legal expertise, Mr Mabrouk is skilled in business law, civil law, criminal business law, transport and international trade law. He provides legal advice in litigation to various companies. Mr Mabrouk has significant experience in compliance missions with ethical and regulatory rules in different sectors such as health, banking, insurance, hotels and leisure, agri-food, real estate and construction, high tech, industry, oil, trading , retail, international trade, transport, jewellery, etc. He has worked and applied relevant laws, regulations and policies with government entities as well as multinationals across North Africa mainly in Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, but also in France, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr Mabrouk is a confirmed mediator and participates regularly in intra and inter-company mediation missions.
